Homeowners and Condominium unit owners, on a monthly basis, need to pay association dues and other utilities as a member of their respective associations. They also need to make payments to the different amenities and facilities made available to them by the property management or condominium operators. Based on the market study, the current providers usually offer limited features resulting to bad customer experience, if not terrible at all. The technology currently implemented fails to cope up with the customer expectation and the payment facilities available in other categories.
